Our Sustainability

As a business, we are always reviewing our environmental impact. Each quarter our sustainability focus team get together to discuss the progress of our goals, achievements and future plans, all resulting in a more sustainable operation.

Being in the packaging industry means that we live and breathe sustainability. Our team of experts with over 50 years experience have a focus to improve our own environmental impact and become a more sustainable business.

What we are doing to become more sustainable:

  • New premises: We recently moved from 4 buildings to 1 large distrution centre in Andover. This has helped create a more efficient operation and given us the ability to track the use of resources.
  • Improved road links: Being located in Andover has allowed us to improve our route planning, reducing our carbon footprint.
  • Energy efficiency: We are soley powered by green energy and solar panels. Our building has twice the recommended warehouse roof lighting and we are using motion lighting.
  • Water consumption: We monitor our water consumption and are always looking for new ways to reduce the amount we use.
  • Electric Car Charging points: We have recently installed electric car charging points.

Our Commitments & Targets

As part of our responsbility to improve our sustainability, we are now working with several partners and 3rd party companies to help us reach our target of Carbon Net Zero by 2029. With the assistance of our new partners, we will be able to track our overal carbon footprint and set goals to reduce our emissions, water consumption and energy uses. We aim to do everything we can to reach this target with the absolute minimal amount of offsetting required.
