Recyclability

Don’t worry about the film, we have made Dynasafe 100% recyclable so the entire packaging can be disposed of in a household paper recycling bin. The board itself is made of 70% recycled materials and the non paper components are no more than 1.5% of the total weight meaning under EN643 packaging regulations, waste paper recycling centres regard the packaging as 100% recyclable.

One-Piece

1 piece retention packaging is supplied as a one-piece component and is designed to protect and secure your product without any additional packaging being needed.

This self-contained packaging can deliver dramatic savings in pack times reducing overall costs as well as offering excellent protection and product presentation.

How Does it Work?

1-piece retention is easy to use and means that you can pack goods quickly without the need for void-fill products such as: Bubble Wrap, plastic air bags and loose chips.

Two-Piece

Protect your products in transit with 2-piece retention packaging.

2-piece retention packaging is typically used for multiple items or larger single items such as laptops. The inserts in combination with the outers provides excellent protection and security removing the need for any other void fill packaging.

Ideal for very flat or heavier products of between 2.0 – 4.0 kilos weight. Both the outer box and inserts are flat packed and will take up minimal space for storage and in use. In trials with retailers, Dynasafe Retention Packaging has reduced pack time on multiple item orders by 75%.
