RAW MISSION

Our mission is to revolutionise the packaging industry by offering sustainable, eco-friendly packaging products made from agricultural waste. We believe in using innovative, environmentally responsible practices to create products that have a positive impact on the planet.

YES, IT COSTS MORE.

Like any new innovation, our RAW packaging does cost an estimated 20-30% more than your average carton range. The question is, would you pay more to hit your sustainability goals and help save the planet? You may be able to save money on offsetting costs as RAW paper has been measured to reduce carbon emissions by 28% compared to traditional paper.

RAW benefits

Using agricultural waste for packaging has huge benefits all throughout the process of production to the consumers open box experience. Here are just a few of the key benefits from switching to RAW Packaging

Reduced Deforestation

Although responsibly managed forests are key to a sustainable future, deforestation remains a problem throughout the globe. RAW packaging uses ZERO trees to create our packaging products.

Lower Carbon Footprint

The LCA proves that using RAW paper reduces carbon emissions by at least 28% compared to traditional wood-based paper. One simple switch to RAW can help your business hit sustainability targets.

Circular Economy

RAW packaging is helping to provide a circular economy by paying farmers for their waste, instead of the majority being burned up into the atmosphere or put into landfill.

Exactly the same!

From the production process to the style, quality and printability. RAW Packaging performs exactly the same as traditional packaging, in most cases even better as we are using virgin fibres.

The Messaging

More than 90% of consumers would like to see more sustainable packaging being used. The messaging behind RAW is a great way to show that your business is taking sustainability seriously.

Proven to be better

Having the credentials and accreditations is vital when claiming to be sustainable. That’s why we have checked and triple checked that we have all the back-up to prove the unbelievable impact of RAW.

Uncover the Whole Story

We are over a year into our RAW project, which started with a conversation with an agri-waste paper manufacturer, envoPAP and has progressed to RAW Packaging becoming the first and only agri-waste carton provider – with much more to come!

How it’s made

RAW Packaging is made in almost exactly the same way as traditional wood-based packaging. Except it uses less energy, resuses waste that would otherwise been burned or put into landfill and 100% recyclable, biodegradable and marine safe. Watch our ‘How it’s made’ video to find out more.

Made from crop waste such as Sugar Cane and Wheat. Although the paper is made from reusing waste, the fibres still class as virgin, bringing a high quality and stronger product that recycled fibres!

You ask, we answer

We understand that there are many, many questions when it comes to new products, especially with the claims we are making. We have put together all of the questions that have come up so far, but if you can’t find the answer you’re looking for then get in touch, our team will be more than happy to find them!
